How does gifting subscriptions work?
Gifting Authorfy subscriptions couldn’t be easier. Just fill out the below form (remember to detail how many schools you would like to gift a subscription to), and we’ll send you an invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, we’ll create a unique promo code for your school/s and email them their joining instructions, promo code and more information. There’s nothing else you need to do, but we can send you an impact report / feedback after six months if you’d like us to.
How much does it cost to gift subscriptions?
One annual class subscription is £30 (including VAT). The minimum number of gifted subscriptions is 6 classes (1 one-form school), which comes to £180 including VAT, but you are welcome to gift as many subscriptions as you like.
Is this a one-off or reoccurring donation?
Unless told otherwise, we will always assume you are gifting subscriptions for one year only. We make this very clear to schools when we send our welcome email, and they are welcome to continue paying for their own Authorfy subscriptions once the year is up or cancel their subscription at the end of the year. You are also welcome to gift reoccurring annual subscriptions if you would like to.

How many classes are in one school?
Authorfy is suitable for ages 5+, so a one-form entry school typically consists of 6 classes. For this reason, we have set the minimum number of gifted subscriptions at 6 classes (one school). Please note, schools in Scotland have seven year groups (P2–P7), so please keep this in mind if you would like to gift to schools in Scotland, and a lot of schools have more than one class per year group, so a two-form entry school, for example, would have 12 classes, and a 3-form entry school would have 18 classes.
How will my donation be spent?
The schools you gift subscriptions to will get instant, unlimited access to Authorfy for an entire year, and the money we receive for the subscriptions will be reinvested into the platform and future business plans. This includes expanding the team, launching the Authorfy Awards, organising an Authorfy roadshow, making continuous improvements to the website, and more.
