Here at Authorfy our aim is to bring creativity to life inside classrooms around the world. So what better way to encourage and achieve this than by marking National Writing Day – a celebration of creative writing, from poems and stories to scripts, raps and songs!

The team behind National Writing Day want to inspire people from across the UK to put pen to paper, unleash their imaginations and make their voices heard on 21st June. So we thought we’d ask some of our budding, young authors to make their voices heard and tell us ‘what writing means to them’.

You can take part by using the hashtags #TellYourStory and #NationalWritingDay, and help encourage everyone everywhere to get writing and sharing their stories! There’s even a whole host of resources and ideas on the National Writing Day website to make the writing celebrations that little bit easier.
